For Monday 3/10
Well, I am not adjusting to the time change at all, my internal clock is cranking and refusing to get up in the morning or go tot bed at the right time. I couldn't get up in th emorning to save my life even thou I was partialy awake so ened up doing my run at 9pm.
Did 5 mile, felt long and tiring but I also did 3 rounds of Josh Hillis Week 2 Wrkt 1
10 Burpees
10 Floor Press 25#DB
10 Bent Over Row 25#DB
I then added 12 reps of pushpress using 16kg KB
