Focus

Yesterday was a rest day, there was just too much going on and I needed a break, did yga for runners from yagamazing on Sunday.

Today, after the much needed rest from yesterday I did RFFL A 5x5 using 20# dumbell and a 46# barbell, it felt good and I needed all the 60 mins rest in between set to recover, I then got on the treadmill and did my 5 mile run using Cardio Coach 6 with Candance, I push the speed a little on this (got to satrt chalenging myself) Zone 1 was 5mph, 2 was 6mph, 3 was 7mph and 4 was 8mph, so I did most of this run between zone 1 and 3 so this ended up being one of my fastest 5 miler, which again tells me I am capable of runner faster than I do, I just have to beleive in myself, it too everything in me to push the button for 8mph for the 40 seconds sprint, but I was able to do evey single one.
