Was tired contemplated not doing an am workout but glad I did once I started it was a blast.

Hand to hand Swing 20

10 pushups
Band Workout-Red
Chest 10x
Triceps 10x

Ball Workout-15 pound DB
Chest Fly 10x
Chest Press 10x
Hammer Curl 10x
Concentration Curl 10 perside
Hip Raise 10x
One legged Hip raise 10x
