Since I had a race tomorrow, am I am not experience enough to do a 5.5mile run before a HM race I did a yoga practice in Ryan Shay's memory instead.
I did Yoga for Balance and Meditative flow from the Yogamazing podcast and for the first time with the excellent instruction from Chaz I was able to get into the crow pose, to make sure it wasn't a fluke, I did it two additional times. It was an incredible experience and part of what life is all about.
